Our hearts are full of thanks to the Lord for all He has done through Bibles for America this year. Thousands of Bibles and books were given away, and we couldn’t have done this without your prayers and generous support.

In January and February, gospel teams and local volunteers in 15 cities throughout the United States and Canada gave away more than 10,000 copies of the New Testament Recovery Version and ministry books, as well as 20,000 gospel tracts and brochures. This was part of the ongoing effort to share the gospel and spread the truth throughout North America.

Also at the beginning of the year, volunteers from 40 cities in Northern California gave away about 6,000 Bibles, 4,800 booklets, and tens of thousands of gospel tracts and brochures over a two-week period.

This year, we redesigned all our gospel tracts and we also wrote two brand new tracts:

“Who Is Jesus?”—Jesus is not merely a historical figure or the founder of a religion; He is the very God who became a man, died for our sins, resurrected, and can be received by those who believe in Him.

“You Must Be Born Anew”—based on Jesus’ word in John 3 to Nicodemus, showing that even a moral person needs to receive the divine life of God.

The readership for our blog continues to grow, with over 30,000 subscribers and over 879,000 visits this year. Top posts in 2018 include 8 Verses that Show Jesus Christ Lives in You, What is Consecration and Why Do I Need to Consecrate Myself to God?, and Three Greek Words for Life in the New Testament and How They Apply to Us. These posts alone have garnered over 140,000 views.

The BfA Podcast audience continues to increase, and there are now a total of 180 episodes. You can listen to The BfA Podcast on our website, on iTunes, or on other platforms such as SoundCloud.

The top videos from this year include Who is Jesus? with 658,000 views, and The Meaning of Life and Man’s Third Part with 444,000 views.

This year, we redesigned the Bibles for America Blog to make all our posts much easier to find and read by adding three new features.

All our blog posts have been sorted into categories, which you can see by clicking on the “Topics” button in the gray bar at the top of the screen. A drop-down menu lists the different categories, such as “How to Contact God,” “Reading and Understanding God’s Word,” and so on.

We’ve also added a search bar, where you can easily look for posts related to a specific word or phrase. In addition, titles of related posts are now listed at the end of each post to enrich our blog readers’ understanding of a particular subject.

Our donations site has recently been rebuilt to make it easier for people to give to BfA. You can make a one-time donation or set up a monthly gift, which can be easily reviewed and managed as needed.

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and now ACH, which allows donors to give directly from their bank account without incurring any fees.
