During a BfA visit to a college campus in Arkansas, Joyce met a young man who had this question:
How do you know if you’re saved?
He had often prayed desperately for guidance, asking God what He wanted him to do. Just that week, as he’d prayed on his knees, the Lord responded by showing him a big, open doorway. God was calling him to come in. Although he wanted to go in, he was scared, and he waited.
As he told Joyce his story, she asked him if he wanted to invite the Lord into him. He responded, “Ma’am, with my whole heart.”
Joyce helped the young man to pray to receive Christ, and by the end, they were both in tears. She and the young man knew he had gone through the door.
Although we’re just earthen vessels, we can contain the priceless treasure of Christ in us.
“My friend called me and told me that I had to get these books right away!”
Lily wouldn’t want to spend her day in any other place.
What he read next hit him like a light from heaven.
One day an Army buddy asked him, “Why do you read the Bible? Nobody understands it.”
She’s decided to make “The Mystery of Human Life” her “go-to” for preaching the gospel.
